2008 Spring and Summer Camps and Clinics

This page is dedicated to our very popular Spring and Summer Hockey Programs held at the Rink at Lehigh Valley. Below is a short description of the Hockey and Skating programs that we are offering for the 2008 Spring and Summer Seasons. As always space is limited so register soon. Also if you have any questions, please contact the Rink office. Copy of the program flyers are located by the camp or clinic description.

The Rink at Lehigh Valley
Summer Ice Hockey Camp
Camp Directors: Darren Rockwell and Mike Peters

ALL CAMPERS WILL BE GOING OUTSIDE EACH NICE DAY AND MUST BRING SHORTS AND SNEAKERS!

    Skills To Be Covered

  • Power skating for speed, agility and balance
  • Hand skills for puck control, passing and shooting
  • Skills for tactical development
  • Mini games, stressing positional play
Special Goalie Curriculum

Goalies will follow the same time schedule as noted. Daily instructional development will include skating, stance, glove, stick, pads and skate saves. Special on-ice training methods will be used to teach goalies balance, coordination, agility, speed, strength and endurance.
Limited to 8 Goalies per week

Players will be expected to participate in the camp with FULL EQUIPMENT.
Camp is limited to the first 40 players that register!

per player, per week
*Cut off date for all refunds and credits
are 7 days prior to the camp start date.
